Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend, or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to our carriers — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Tax policy
All prices shown are the final price you pay — any applicable taxes are already included in the listed price. No additional sales tax is added at checkout.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place an order, we email an order confirmation with your order code and a summary of your purchase to the address you entered at checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and carrier link. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@lockediner.us — we can update the address only before the order ships.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives within the estimated delivery window, email support@lockediner.us with your order code. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
