Quick answers

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints. Use the Track shipment link in that email, or paste the number into USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Allow 24–48 hours for it to start updating, and check spam before writing to us.
What if the size is wrong?
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days) and place a new order for the size you want. There is no restocking fee, and we email a prepaid return label after the RMA.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD within 5–10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
What payment methods do you take?
PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard, processed securely through our payment provider. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where your device supports them. We do not accept American Express, Discover, Klarna, or Afterpay.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We do not have a retail store. Cincinnati is our fulfilment office and studio only — there is no shop counter and no showroom.

Order changes

Within 2 hours of ordering we can usually change the address or size, and we can cancel any order that has not shipped. After the label prints it is on the truck — use the 30-day return policy instead.
